Comprehensive Legal Terms

1. PRODUCT INTENDED USE All products, parts, and accessories sold via gattisgarage.bigcartel.com are designed, manufactured, and sold for show purposes and off-road use only. These components are not intended for use on public streets or highways. The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the use of any Gatti’s Garage product complies with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

2. INSTALLATION AND SAFETY The installation of aftermarket motorcycle parts and custom-fabricated components requires professional-level mechanical knowledge. Gatti’s Garage provides no warranty, express or implied, regarding the ease of installation or the fitment of parts on modified vehicles. It is the buyer’s responsibility to have all parts installed by a certified technician. Improper installation can lead to vehicle failure, serious injury, or death.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY By purchasing and/or installing any product from Gatti’s Garage, the buyer acknowledges that motorcycling and vehicle modification are inherently dangerous activities. The buyer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of these products. Gatti’s Garage, its owners, and employees shall not be held liable for any damages—whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—resulting from the use, misuse, or installation of any item sold.

4. FABRICATION VARIANCE As many items are hand-crafted and custom-fabricated in-house, slight variations in finish, texture, and weld appearance are expected and do not constitute a defect. All custom-fabricated parts are sold as-is.

5. FINAL SALE POLICY Due to the custom nature of our inventory, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only considered in the event of a documented manufacturing defect, reported within 7 days of receipt.
