We never Run the Pull Cable but the Bracket is Slotted you you can use the cable to mount to bracket if you do run it Otherwise Use the Included Nut and Bolt 

Includes Bracket 
Two Aluminum Spacers for under the Bracket at the Motor 
Mounting Nut and Bolt
