The Gattis Garage Mail-In Carburetor Rebuild Service is designed to take the hassle out of rebuilding your motorcycle's carburetors.
Your carburetor or complete carburetor assembly is fully disassembled, inspected, professionally ultrasonic cleaned, rebuilt, adjusted and bench checked before being shipped back to you ready for installation.

Some motorcycles use substantially more complicated carburetor assemblies and require considerably more disassembly, setup and reassembly time.

What's Included
Every standard rebuild includes:
- Complete carburetor disassembly
- Professional 30L ultrasonic cleaning
- Cleaning of internal fuel and air passages
- Inspection and cleaning of jets
- Inspection of needles, floats and internal components
- Replacement of normal rebuild gaskets, O-rings and seals
- Float height inspection and adjustment
- Reassembly and adjustment
- Bench testing
- Final inspection
Your carburetor is returned fully assembled and ready for installation.
Optional Rejet & Setup Service
Running aftermarket pipes, air cleaners or other engine modifications?
Add our Rejet & Setup Service and provide us with the details of your motorcycle's intake, exhaust and engine modifications.
We'll evaluate the carburetor's existing jetting and set it up appropriately for your combination.

What Isn't Included
The standard rebuild price covers normal rebuild components such as gaskets, O-rings and seals.
Additional parts required because of damage, excessive wear or missing components are not included.
Examples include:
- Torn or damaged diaphragms
- Damaged floats
- Damaged or incorrect jets
- Worn needles or needle jets
- Broken or seized screws
- Damaged enrichment/choke components
- Stripped threads
- Broken castings
- Missing components
- Other damaged hard parts
If we find something your carburetor needs that isn't included in the standard rebuild, we'll contact you before proceeding. No surprise charges.
How The Mail-In Service Works
1. Choose your carburetor setup and purchase the service.
2. Remove the carburetor or complete carburetor assembly from your motorcycle.
There is no need to disassemble the carburetors yourself.
3. Package the complete assembly securely and ship it to Gattis Garage.
Include your name, order number, motorcycle year/make/model and any relevant modifications.
4. We rebuild it.
Once received, we'll completely disassemble, inspect, clean and rebuild your carburetor assembly.
If we discover damaged components requiring additional parts or repairs, we'll contact you before proceeding.
5. We ship it back.
Your rebuilt carburetor assembly is packaged and returned to you ready for installation.
